The office staff was very willing to answer any questions or concerns. Paul Heinlein took all the time he needed to explain what they would do and how. He was not in a rush and was very thorough. Exceptional representative! We chose All-Dry because of the guarantee and the warranties. They were never late on all (3) days! The crew was always polite, and most always smiling. We did not interview anyone other than All-Dry. We went strictly by recommendations. No time was mentioned for the crew to arrive, but they arrived at 10:20 am and worked diligently throughout the day. So far, so good. I did call the office during installation and highly praised the workers and their dedication to service.

We are very satisfied, although we still have an approximately 1-inch gap in the wall. I am hoping it will still close all the way, as you said it would over a few months tightening with the torque wrench. The installation crew was knowledgeable and hardworking. I had an issue with my crawlspace door. They took every effort to fix it. I'm pleased. They got lost and that's understandable. After all, arrived in a timely manner.
