I am so satisfied with this job, I show all my friends. The installation crew was very nice and hard workers. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products. I have often thought about something like this, but I never knew of anyone that did this kind of work until I saw a commercial on TV. I'm so proud of how nice and clean it looks, I show my friends. We are very satisfied with this job. The crew was great and worked hard and cleaned yard upon completion of the job. The office staff was great-very easy to talk to. The salesman was great explained what needed to be done and how it would be done. I had seen your ad on TV-and after talking with friends, neighbors, and relatives about the problem and hearing how they thought the porch would have to be repaired. I though if your company could straighten bowed basement walls, you could repair my porch without too much trouble. Should I head of anyone with a problem, I will tell them about you.

Dear Mr. Mitchell, My wife and I have just had an exterior stairway stabilized using your Grip-Tite Foundation Pier System. I am writing to commend the crew you sent to do this work, particularly the foreman, Francisco Gamez. They appeared to be well-trained, were professional, polite and extremely hard working. They were respectful of our property and left it as they found it. Francisco took the time to explain the Grip-Tite process and answer our questions as the work progressed. He was very realistic and, as it turned out, very accurate in relation to what the system could accomplish. His leadership style was to set an example, and a pace, for the other crew members. All the crew members were a credit to your company and I hope that they are well compensated. We were very impressed, as was the local building inspector, by the Grip-Tite system. We are very satisfied with this job! The installation crew hardworking and professional, a good team!! I didn't really have much interaction with the office staff, but they were good. Our salesman, Ray did a nice job. We are very happy with his work. The cleanup was satisfactory, everything was cleaned up and all trash was removed. I chose All-Dry, first and foremost, because you were responsive. The other company didn't call me back for 2 weeks. Also, you had the most experience and longest track record. I contracted for the encapsulation system as a precaution-not because I had a major moisture problem in my crawlspace. I am very happy with the decision to go with All-Dry. All of my contact with your company has been professional and your crew did the whole job in one day.

Chip Emery is one of the best sales representatives I've met. His knowledge of home construction and waterproofing techniques is excellent. I chose your company because of Chip's knowledge of solutions to our problem and has "no pressure" approach to convincing the prospective buyer how the CleanSpace product can solve moisture problems. Sammy did all the installation, he had to dig out a large rock in the crawlspace to make the CleanSpace material lay flat. This was very difficult as the clearance is only 15" He did a great job! The crew left the basement and crawlspace cleaner than it was before they arrived.
