We are very satisfied, although we still have an approximately 1-inch gap in the wall. I am hoping it will still close all the way, as you said it would over a few months tightening with the torque wrench. The installation crew was knowledgeable and hardworking. We had a very good experience with the office staff-on 1st time tightening wall, they did send someone out! We chose All-Dry because you gave me a warranty and satisfaction guarantee. Also, I felt more comfortable with a company instead of individuals, and you were listed with the BBB.

Office staff was courteous and helpful the installers were efficient, industrious and neat. The representative was very nice and patient. The crew was a little late but it is a little far for them to come. What difference-inside doors all shut 1st time in 12 years-odor gone-cracks in floors returning to normal, no mold on doors to wash every week no condensation running windows. Just like I was told! If someone asks I will be sure to refer.

The salesman was not pushy and was very professional. The way your salesman presented your product and explained the entire system was one of the main reasons why chose All-Dry. I would recommend your company to anyone who has the same problem I had.

There were several problems with my job, the installation was difficult and the SaniDry unit had problems. Your company never hesitated to address concerns and make things right. That is the true measure of a company's integrity. Always helpful and prompt to reply. Very hard workers. I was impressed by the presentation of the system and liked the national affiliation of a local company. The system has addressed all my basement concerns.
