There were several problems with my job-install was difficult and SaniDry unit had problems. Your company never hesitated to address concerns and make things right. That is the true measure of a company's integrity.

I was searching the internet for repairs on the type of crawl space problems I had. After viewing your website by chance, which explained all the services your company provides. In addition to reading several testimonials, and the fact that my location was within your area of coverage. I felt confident in your services. That being said, within the very near future I will be contacting your company to correct a foundation problem, that I will call Phase 2 of my next home repair.

I think it would be good to warn people about the noise. 3 Jackhammers was a bit of a surprise. If you know ahead of time, you can plan to have someone keep your kids or elderly household members. We boarded our big dog.

My Mother is Kathleen and I am her daughter filling this out for her and I was present during the work. She is happy. The dehumidifier stopped working within the first week, but they have replaced and is working now.

The team was efficient and respectful. The work was done on time and as advertised. They can up with a unique solution to a problematic door that we had and worked until late on a Friday evening to get it done.

For now, I'm sleeping a little better at night knowing that water that finds its way into my crawl space is being shown to the door abruptly with the new perimeter drain installed. I plan on installing CleanSpace as soon as possible to seal the crawlspace, complete the system and have a more energy efficient and environmentally friendly home.

I was very impressed with the crew that came out to the house. They were very polite and always showed up when they said they would. They did everything they said they would and did a great job cleaning up! I would definetly recommend your company to anyone who wants a dry basement.
