The rep. (Paul) was great! He explained my problems, took pictures so I could see it was bad. He answered all my questions. He could not have been better! I chose All-Dry because of a recommendation from a previous customer and the presentation by Paul. They were very courteous and friendly. They did a great job on cleanup. We did not interview anyone other than All-Dry. We went strictly by recommendations. No time was mentioned for the crew to arrive, but they arrived at 10:20 am and worked diligently throughout the day. So far, so good. I did call the office during installation and highly praised the workers and their dedication to service.
