I think I saw you on South Carolina TV station ads. The office staff was very pleasant and very helpful. The representative was a good person, well presented, knew the process and products very well. No pressure sales!! I was pleased with the completed job and all personal involved with sales and installation. Now we'll see how product and workmanship holds up over time!

The office staff was very courteous and extremely helpful. I am a bit neurotic and they were thorough and kind. My husband has more knowledge about what was proposed by the salesman and my husband asked/talked a lot which the representative appreciated and wasn't offended. We chose All-Dry because of the price and the trust my husband had in the representative. They were a little late but that was because the GPS took them the long way, bless their hearts! The crew was VERY Courteous! There was hardly any dust/dirt anywhere. It is good to know that we are covered under a warranty.

We chose All-Dry because of past history - we had used the service on a house we once owned in the Upstate. The crew arrived a bit later than we were told on the first day, but we are used to that where we lived. I was not able to stay until they were done but requested them to be clean for renter coming. Our salesman, Ray did a nice job. We are very happy with his work. The cleanup was satisfactory, everything was cleaned up and all trash was removed. I chose All-Dry, first and foremost, because you were responsive. The other company didn't call me back for 2 weeks. Also, you had the most experience and longest track record. I contracted for the encapsulation system as a precaution-not because I had a major moisture problem in my crawlspace. I am very happy with the decision to go with All-Dry. Chip Emery is one of the best sales representatives I've met. His knowledge of home construction and waterproofing techniques is excellent. I chose your company because of Chip's knowledge of solutions to our problem and has "no pressure" approach to convincing the prospective buyer how the CleanSpace product can solve moisture problems. Sammy did all the installation, he had to dig out a large rock in the crawlspace to make the CleanSpace material lay flat. This was very difficult as the clearance is only 15" He did a great job! The crew left the basement and crawlspace cleaner than it was before they arrived.
