What difference-inside doors all shut 1st time in 12 years-odor gone-cracks in floors returning to normal, no mold on doors to wash every week no condensation running windows. Just like I was told! Everyone was super nice in the office. We were pleased with the representative, even though we weren't happy when we found it he priced it wrong, but they held to the original quote.
