We are very satisfied with the job, although it has not rained yet! The installation crew was very nice and were great people. Brooke was very nice. We are very, very happy with the work. I chose All-Dry because I wanted the job done right the first time. The guys worked very hard and were very nice, clean, and fast! All three were excellent workers, they are excellent!

The installation crew was wonderful, especially Bobby Quinn. The system was the only one I thought would work, others recommended digging ditches around the house, and bringing in soil to slope away from the house, etc.

Your office staff was very helpful and very prompt. The representative offered products but wasn't "pushy" or trying to up sell. Mike did an outstanding job. He went over the whole process with us. We chose All-Dry because of the better price, and the fact that nothing was hid in the cost. Mike was honest on everything. The crew was a little late, but it wasn't their fault. They called me to let me know they would be late because of the material. Francisco and the other men were very professional and hard workers. They cleaned up as they were working, they had cleaned up just like this and I was well pleased. When I asked to see pictures of places you did, the office staff showed me; they also sent me pictures of ours when it was done. Francisco was knowledgeable from the start and explained things understandable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and what he would do to correct it! The installation crew arrived on time daily. Remained onsite each day, helping to finish the job on time. The crew was courteous and would answer any questions we had. They knew what they were doing and got to it! They cleaned up each night and marked the site for danger. When through, they put my yard back almost as it was! This was a good crew, they came and did their work; not taking many breaks. There was no inconvenience to us although they had to listen to our dog's bark!

Lee was always quick to respond to my questions and helpful in helping me understand the scope of the work. Alex did a good job of explaining why and what had to be done under my house. We chose All-Dry for their reputation and quality work. Francisco and his crew worked non-stop for 12 hours. They were punctual and stayed on task. I was impressed by their thoroughness and the attention to detail. They left my yard cleaner than they found it.

I am very satisfied with the job performed! I can honestly say that the job was done in my crawl space is as advertised in the All-Dry brochure. I dealt mostly with Francisco who I found to be exceptionally polite and professional. Upon completion, Francisco explained my new system in detail. I had very limited with the office staff, although, they did contact me to confirm the date and time of the install. During that conversation, I found the office staff to be very courteous. Mike Seigler seemed to have a good understanding of the All-Dry system. I had no idea how to fix the water problem under my house. Mike gave me a solution to my water problem by way of the All-Dry system. The clean up was satisfactory. After hearing Mike's presentation and researching All-Dry on the internet, I felt that this was the system that would work for my home. I was very impressed with the brochures and the website. I was so sure that this is what was right for me, I didn't even look at any other companies. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the job that was done and with the installation crew.
