I had been worried about the view porch on the street side as they were attempting to flee the property. But your Chet Lambert and crew saved the day. It is difficult to find good men who enjoy what they are doing in this day and age. They saw the job that needed to be done and set about in a very comprehensive manner to fix the problems. And they had everything they needed in that truck to accomplish the task and did not have to run back and forth to a hardware or supply store for this or that. This shows good planning. I am very glad that I decided on your company to do this work and glad you have employees like Chet and his men. Alex Rogers was very professional, very likable, and informative. You've got a great salesman. The system was used to lift houses, the price was reasonable and we liked Alex Rogers! From start to finish, we were very pleased with All Dry. Every employee was friendly and very helpful. Our floors are level now, and there is no damage on the walls!

The office staff always replied or called when I had questions to be answered. The representative was very knowledgeable of the system and what would help me more at the cost I could afford. I chose All-Dry because the had a good foundation behind them! haha! Really, I needed someone who would stand behind their work, and I knew you could and would. I had no problem with workers or their knowledge of the job and what was to be done. Perfect. But I am concerned that a pipe may have come loose from my heating and cooling unit in the process. I have been communicating with All-Dry and they are on top of it. I have no one to recommend at this time, but I will recommend All-Dry.

Mike did an outstanding job. He went over the whole process with us. We chose All-Dry because of the better price, and the fact that nothing was hid in the cost. Mike was honest on everything. The crew was a little late, but it wasn't their fault. They called me to let me know they would be late because of the material. Francisco and the other men were very professional and hard workers. They cleaned up as they were working, they had cleaned up just like this and I was well pleased. Mr. Mitchell, Mike, your staff and your people that went out to do the job were very hard working and professional! They represented your company very well and you should be proud of them.

When I asked to see pictures of places you did, the office staff showed me; they also sent me pictures of ours when it was done. Francisco was knowledgeable from the start and explained things understandable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and what he would do to correct it! The installation crew arrived on time daily. Remained onsite each day, helping to finish the job on time. The crew was courteous and would answer any questions we had. They knew what they were doing and got to it! They cleaned up each night and marked the site for danger. When through, they put my yard back almost as it was! This was a good crew, they came and did their work; not taking many breaks. There was no inconvenience to us although they had to listen to our dog's bark!

Lee was always quick to respond to my questions and helpful in helping me understand the scope of the work. Alex did a good job of explaining why and what had to be done under my house. We chose All-Dry for their reputation and quality work. Francisco and his crew worked non-stop for 12 hours. They were punctual and stayed on task. I was impressed by their thoroughness and the attention to detail. They left my yard cleaner than they found it.

The representative was professional, reviewed our problems, analyzed the problem and explained to our understanding. The installation crew did an outstanding job arriving on time, cleaning up, and being courteous and professional. This process EXCEEDED our expectations-the install crew was superb!!! Thanks!

I chose All-Dry because of the salesman, competitors try to scare you into purchasing their service. And the nationally advertised company prices of competitors prices themselves out of my business. The office staff was very courteous. Everything was explained to me in detail. The representative explained to me what had to be done to correct my problem in a professional way. I went in the yellow pages and saw that your company was in the small town of Laurens, so I said to myself that this company had to be honest and straight up. The cleanup was very satisfactory. I didn't ever get a second opinion. I knew that it would be an expensive procedure no matter who I got. I think I made the right choice.
