The office staff was very courteous. The representative had a very thorough knowledge of the product. The installation crew coiuld not have done any better. The clean up was even better than I expected. My wife and I were very pleased and have told a lot of people. We don't know anyone at this time to recommend, but we will should the occasion arise.
