Crawl Space Repair - Condensation on Wood Floor Joists
While this may just look like a few drops of water on a floor joist, it is much more than just that. Water can condense on just about any material, but some are harder for water to condense on than others. Wood is a relatively porous material that can absorb quite a bit of water, meaning that this floor joist has absorbed so much water that it cannot hold anymore and the water began to condense. This was a very serious problem for this homeowner.
