Crawl Space Repair - Soaked Insulation and Rusted Metal

This photo shows off just how much water the insulation had absorbed. The water was actually dripping off of the insulation. There was enough moisture in this crawlspace to rust out the metal on the appliance attached to the floor joist. It was unfortunate that the homeowner went quite some time without noticing, but it is always better to be late than never!
