Sales Process
Our Installation Crew
The installation crew did a good job overall but were unable to figure out part of the job the first time without help from the salesperson and we had to push off the project as a result. They also used my bathroom without asking and stayed in my driveway for 2 hours after the job was actually done. They left the door open to my basement for hours when it wasn't necessary for the job.
The Cleanup Process
The crew left mud in the installation space and walls as well as some cement chunks. They left 2 small tools in the work area.
