Crawl Space Repair - Clear Signs of Water Intrusion

Here we can see some very obvious signs of water intrusion through the block wall. There are stains all along this wall, which indicate that water had been coming through for quite awhile. The "stains" are actually minerals that are left over once that water has evaporated and is actually called efflorescence.
