Crawl Space Repair - Crawlspace Before Encapsulation

This photo shows what the area looked like before the crawlspace was encapsulated with the CleanSpace Liner. While there is no standing water (which is a good sign), you can see that the clay in this area is soaked through (which is a bad sign). This means that water is either seeping through the walls and soaking the ground, or coming straight from the ground, which in this case it was.
