Crawl Space Repair - Condensation on Ducts

Condensation on Ducts
Next Photo
The warm, humid air under the crawlspace will often condense on cold ducting and piping in a crawlspace. The condensation shows just how much moisture is in the air and shows that water is likely soaking in the the porous surfaces of the wood and insulation in the crawlspace. This promotes mold and mildew growth, which is something we never want under a home.
