Monster Crawlspace turned New, Toccoa GA

Have you ever been sitting in your home late at night and heard a strange noise? Typically humans react with fear to things that lurk in the dark. Under your home might be scary, but you remind yourself that nothing is there. In this Toccoa home, the crawlspace actually was something to be scared of. When our team arrived at the home the crawlspace was in ruin. The floor was covered with an old muddy liner that collected had water. Insulation hung from the ceiling, the foundation had begun to deteriorate, and even the crawlspace door was falling apart. There was even evidence of wildlife that littered the entire crawlspace.

This system was then covered with a drainage mat and CleanSpace Liner. Smart Jacks were installed in the ground to give the house a steadier foundation. Then after the crawlspace was picture perfect an EverLast door was installed. This project started off as a nightmare but with the help of All-Dry of the Carolinas it was able to be saved.
