The installation of the sump pump was excellent. I thought the installation crew that did the installation were excellent. The office staff was very pleasant and professional. We chose to go with your company because we have used you before and had a good experience. The crew that came and did the installation was neat, courteous, focused, and made a good team together.

So far, so good as far as the installation goes, just have to wait and see now. The crew foreman, Francisco explained everything very well. I chose to go with All-Dry over other companies because of the price and the future adjustability to the system. I'm keeping an eye on the system and will notify you if needed.

I was impressed with how helpful the staff was. They always did what they said they would do. Alex Rogers is a real pro. He explained the process and gave me a book on solutions to water problems. After seeing the book on basements, I did not contact any other company.

Lee was very helpful. Alex did a fine job of explaining. I was not even thinking of fixing my wet basement until my daughter-in-law gave me your book. It explains everything and motivated me to call All-Dry. "The book" sold me.
