We researched vendors on Angie's List and found All-Dry. Mike was very courteous, helpful, and professional. Comments on Angie's List, professional staff, and the quality of your marketing materials were why we chose All-Dry. The start date was delayed a day, but the crew arrived early on at the new time. We did experience some cracking along trenches but repairs were made to our satisfaction that neither water nor insects could come thru the cracks now filled with a sealant.

The sales representative answered all our questions and made a suggestion to fix our problem. He went beyond by evaluating for water drainage but wasn't pushy in suggestion any work for that option. The foreman was very knowledgeable and accurate in his work.

Mike was very nice and didn't try to sell in a pushy manner. I liked how All-Dry was straight to the point about what I really needed. The install crew did a great job, although the sealant used had a strong odor for awhile.
