Your office staff is great and friendly. The representative was very professional and spot on with his assessment of the problem. One of the main reasons we chose you was because Mike Lee knew more about how to correct our water problems than other companies. The installation crew were great guys! Very professional, creative in fitting your system into our quirky space, and very clean. We loved them! Everyone we came in contact with are very hard workers and extremely friendly.

The ladies in the office were very courteous and extremely helpful. Your rep did not try to sell me items I don't need; your price was better. I am very satisfied with the whole procedure; the rep and crew arrived on time, work was completed on time and my crawlspace is much less damp and dreary.

We thought your company did a fine job. The installation crew was all hard workers who seemed to know their jobs. The office staff was always very helpful on the phone. I thought the salesman was very helpful throughout the whole process. I chose All-Dry because they were the only company I knew who could provide such a service and because of the long list of previous customers provided by the salesman.

It appears that you did a very good job. I never met any of the installers but I talked to the foreman on the phone-very professional. We had a really good experience with the office staff other than the final payment mix-up. The salesman was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. The reason why we chose All-Dry was because of the recommendation we got from an engineering firm in Asheville, and also because of the excellent initial discussions and subsequent follow-up conversations. The salesman was always polite, informative, and accessible by phone!! The only problem was trying to ensure you received your payment, but most of this was out of any control -- my apologies!!!
