I spoke to Lee several times and always received the info I was looking for in a very gracious and professional manner. I had Alex at my house previously for an estimate, but not have the work done. The 2nd time he was just as professional and thorough as the first. I was very impressed with the Waterguard system. The online reviews by customers were fantastic. The crew never set foot in my yard. They walked through mulch beds to get to my basement. Both days they broom swept everything and when they were finished, you almost couldn't tell work had been done. Francisco and his crew were top notch. Courteous and professional thru and thru.
