Fallen Insulation

This is another very obvious sign of water intrusion in a crawlspace. Insulation acts similarly to a sponge, when water (in this case moisture) is around the insulation will just suck it right up. Once the insulation is saturated enough it becomes heavy and will start to sag and droop until it eventually falls down, just like the insulation in this photo.
