This homeowner in Greenville was experiencing water drainage issues in their home's unfinished basement. We installed a sump pump and drainage system and they have been very happy with work. A water watch alarm has been a plus for them to know when water level is up as well. 

This homeowner in Simpsonville had a lot of standing water under their home. Moisture is dangerous, but standing water means there is a serious problem under your home. The first two photos shows both moisture that has collected in the insulation, as well as standing water under the home.

There are several things to do in order to help this customer. The first thing is to make sure we remove all standing water and any moisture under the home. In this customer's case, we also had to remove the insulation that had been collecting water and growing mold. After that, our crew has to make sure there is no mold left over from the moisture. To do this, we must scrub and clean the "infected" areas with Mold-X. The final step is to seal everything up! Our crews do this with our CleanSpace Liner. This keeps water and moisture from building up under the home and causing even more problems. In this home, we also installed a SuperSump sump pump. This pump gets rid of any water that does make its way into the crawlspace. While the CleanSpace liner definitely does its job well, a sump pump is a nice backup, especially during heavy rains and floods.

This homeowner in Simpsonville called All-Dry of the Carolinas when they noticed a lot of water and damp areas in their basement. Upon inspection by one our Service Design Specialists, he noticed that a lot of water was getting in and sitting around the perimeter of the basement. There were a few different products we installed, but the main one was Waterguard. Waterguard is a drainage system that has a small gap along the perimeter of the basement wall, the gap allows any water that gets inside to be drained into the sump pump. In the second photo, you can see the "trench" that is made to fit the Waterguard. The sump pump, in this customer's case; a TripleSafe sump pump then pumps the water somewhere outside the home. The other product that was installed in this home's basement was ThermalDry Wall. This is the silver, reflective product on the wall in the last picture. ThermalDry helps to keep and reflect heat back into the basement. Another benefit of it is that it helps to drain any water seeping through the basement wall, straight to the Waterguard.

Anytime you find water in your crawlspace, it can be a pretty bad sign. Luckily this was not the case for this homeowner in Travelers Rest. While they found some standing water, seen in the first picture, it had not gotten to the point of no return. While they did have several different products installed, it was not much different from any other job that we do.

This homeowner decided to go all out so that they would not ever have to worry about a damp, moldy crawlspace ever again. The products that this homeowner decided to have installed include: drain tile, CleanSpace Liner, an Everlast Door, a SantaFe Edge II Dehumidifier, and a SuperSump sump pump. All of these products are used to either prevent water from getting into the crawlspace or removing any water that does get it.

The first few products that are installed before the CleanSpace liner (the main product) are the drain tile, SilverGlo Insulation, and the SuperSump. The reason for all of these being installed before the CleanSpace is mainly because these products need to go behind/below the liner. The drain tile is laid down under the CleanSpace on the ground, and the SilverGlo Insulation is put on the walls behind the CleanSpace. After these products are installed, the CleanSpace is rolled out. The CleanSpace Liner is laid down and sealed on the the floors and walls using various methods. After the CleanSpace was laid out, we installed the last couple products. One of these products was the SantaFe Dehumidifier, this product is used to remove any water from the air and drain it to the sump pump. The other product is the Everlast Door. This door is featured in the second picture and is used to create an airtight seal, unlike many other crawlspace doors.

This home in Mauldin was in need of some TLC by our crew. The main issue with this home was its open and unencapsulated crawlspace. While they had a crawlspace liner down already, it was a thinner and weaker liner, but the big issue with it was that it was not sealed to the walls. This allows any and all groundwater to evaporate and stick to everything in the crawlspace.

However, this was a quick and easy fix for this home. If you have read any other content like before and afters, or case studies on our site, you probably already know what we installed! There were three main products; the CleanSpace Liner, SantaFe Edge II dehumidifier, and a SuperSump sump pump. This homeowner had some very serious issues with her basement walls, that had to be taken care of because these problems could cause huge amounts of damage. The first photo shows the damage pretty clearly, with the huge cracks running across the wall. This owner did not have very many options in her situation, because of how severe the damage was.

Our Service Design Specialist went out to visit Ms. Briggs to assess the damage and see what the best course of action would be for this homeowner. After the inspection was over, our specialist figured out that several wall anchors would be able to do a world of good for the homeowner! In total, eight wall anchors were suggested to help pull the wall back to its original position.

Within a few weeks, our crew was able to go back out to this home and keep this home being completely torn down because of these foundation issues. Our crew got right to work in installing the wall anchors. This can sometimes be a difficult process, because the crew needs to determine exactly where to install the anchors, as well as figure out exactly where in the yard the holes, for the other plate, must be dug.

Once all of the logistics are out of the way, the crew begins to do the real work of excavating holes, installing the wall anchor plates, and then to drill the metal rod through to connect the two plates. After the plates are installed and connected, the rod can then be tightened, which is where the real magic happens. Once all of the plates have been connected and installed, each wall anchor is slowly tightened. This process is repeated several times until each wall anchor is as tight as they can be. The nice thing about wall anchors are even though they made such a huge difference already, there is a good chance that after a few months, they will be able to be tightened even further, bringing the wall to an even better and structurally sound position.

Many basements, especially with outdoor access have issues with water getting in during heavy rains/floods, which is one reason why we suggest having a system installed before this becomes a serious issue. Unfortunately, this was not the case for this homeowner, who decided to get the system installed after they began to have issues. However, it's better to be late than never!

Our Systems Design Specialist went to the home and started to see exactly what the issues were, and figured out the best solution to the problem. The solution included some WaterGuard, a few feet of TrenchDrain, and a new sump pump. The WaterGuard was to be installed in the main area of the basement, while the SuperSump sump pump system and the TrenchDrain were installed just outside of this area.

When our crew was able to get out to the home, they started by installing the new SuperSump sump pump. This was a relatively easy task, because the homeowner actually had an old sump pump for the home, which can be seen in the first photo. After the sump pump was installed, the crew moved on to removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement for our WaterGuard. The "after" photo of the WaterGuard can be seen in the third photo. WaterGuard leaves a small gap between the floor and wall so that any water that soaks through the wall will fall into the drain and go to the SuperSump. Last but not least, the TrenchDrain was installed just outside the basement door (next to the sump pump). This drain helps to catch water before it gets into the basement, and drains the water straight to the sump pump.

This home in Greenville, South Carolina was having some water intrusion issues throughout their home. The homeowner was dealing with water in both their crawlspace and the basement of the home. Both of which are bad news if not taken care of quickly and effectively. This was certainly an interesting home to work on because of the two different "projects" that were being done at the same time. 

Both of the jobs were equally as important, but required very different methods in order to address and fix. In order to help the basement stay dry, we had our crew install WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement floor. The WaterGuard is a drain that, when installed, leaves a slight gap between the floor and wall. This gap is just big enough for water to go into the drain, but small enough that it is hardly noticeable. A sump pump was also installed in the basement, so that the water collected in the WaterGuard would promptly be pumped out of and away from the home.

The other part of the job was to waterproof the crawlspace. While the jobs were both quite big, the crawlspace was a much tighter area and had more products to have installed. Here is another customer who was having problems with moisture in their crawlspace. Certainly not an uncommon issue for us to see, but something that can be extremely detrimental to a home's overall health. Our Systems Design Specialist, Alex Rogers was sent out to this home in order to figure out exactly what this customer needed in order to keep the crawlspace dry and free of moisture and mold.

In his inspection, Alex determined that the crawlspace had a much higher than normal relative humidity level, which if left unchecked for too long would allow mold to grow. This is the last thing that we would want to happen. So Alex suggested a full encapsulation for this homeowner. This system included our CleanSpace liner, SmartSump pump system, drainage matting, 3-inch drain tile, and a dehumidifier.

When the crew went out to start the installation they started with two items, the SmartSump and the drain tile. The crew started digging a hole for the sump pump to sit in, and a trench for the drain tile to go in. After these two products were in, the drainage matting was laid out. This helps to promote the flow of water under the CleanSpace liner. Then to seal it all up, the CleanSpace was rolled all out and sealed up the walls of the crawlspace. The CleanSpace is one of the most important parts of the system because it separates the crawlspace from the ground. Our crew then installed the dehumidifier which helps to help the humidity level low.

Most of the homes that we go into have moisture and humidity problems. Some of these homes have mold problems at the time of our inspection. However, this homeowner was certainly dealing with some mold problems in the floor joists of the crawlspace. This can be seen in the first photo, where the boards are soaked with water and actually have mold growing on them.

Our Systems Design Specialist noticed that this crawlspace was in a pretty rough place, especially with the mold in the floor joists. The encapsulation system that was installed in this crawlspace was great and really helped this crawlspace be healthy again. The first part of the job was to dig out trenches for the drain tile to be installed around the perimeter, as well as a hole for the SmartSump that was going to be installed. These products were installed once their respective holes were dug. Then the drainage matting was laid out, which helps to move water along to the drain tile, and eventually sump pump. The CleanSpace liner was installed over the drainage matting, really sealing up the entire system. The CleanSpace is what separates the crawlspace from the ground, and is what helped this homeowner to have no more problems with water intrusion into their crawlspace.

This homeowner had a few different problems when our Systems Design Specialist first came out to the home. The problem that this homeowner called about were their sagging floors, which they knew we would be able to fix. However, upon further inspection, our Specialist realized that they also needed an encapsulation system, because the humidity level of the crawlspace was higher than it should be.

This homeowner actually got work from us on two separate dates, just a few months apart. The most pressing issue for them was the sagging floors, so they decided to go ahead and get a total of four SmartJacks. These SmartJacks are placed on a solid base of gravel, which supports the Jacks much better than the crawlspace ground. Once these are installed, very rarely do they ever need to be adjusted.

The second part of this project was the get the CleanSpace encapsulation system. The homeowner did not realize how much they needed this system until they had waited a few months. This crawlspace was in pretty rough shape when we first went out to the home. Water had been getting into this crawlspace for a while before the owner decided to take action to try and solve the issues with their crawlspace. This crawlspace was severely damaged by water intrusion over a long period of time. In the first two photos, you can see some of this damage. While this crawlspace was in pretty rough shape, it definitely was something that we could take care of. There were two main objectives for this project; get rid of any existing mold and encapsulate the crawlspace, to prevent moisture from getting into the crawlspace. The first objective was taken care of by removing the insulation in the crawlspace, which is one of the most common places for mold to grow on. We also used Mold-X to clean the floor joists, another very common area for mold growth.

After the insulation and floor joists were taken care of, the crew moved on to installing the SmartSump and the CleanSpace. These two products are what helps to keep the water out of the crawlspace. Once the drainage matting is down and secure, the CleanSpace is rolled out. This is like the icing on the cake, sealing everything up. The only thing that was left after the CleanSpace was rolled out and sealed properly, the crew put in the dehumidifier. The dehumidifier is used to help keep the relative humidity level of the crawlspace low enough that mold cannot grow.

Water intrusion, unfortunately, is one of those frustrating issues that sometimes come with owning a home. The thing that makes water intrusion different is that it does not just affect the one room where the water is, but can have an effect on the entire home. Air flows upwards from the lower levels of a home towards the top, which means that everything that is in the air in a basement gets drawn up into the upper levels of the home. This can mean bad smells or even worse mold particles. Water intrusion is something that should be taken care of as soon as possible in a home. 

This homeowner had quite a bit of water coming in through their basement floor and it began to cause some serious damage. They weren't exactly sure what needed to be done at first, but they knew that they were going to have to find someone who was able to help them with this increasingly pressing issue. Fortunately, through some online research, they were able to find our company. They wanted to see how we could help them out, so they called us to have one of our System Design Specialists come out to the home. Just a few days later our Specialist was out at the home and figuring out exactly what this homeowner was going to need to take control of the water intrusion issue. The system that was proposed included CleanSpace liner, a SuperSump Pump System, and our WaterGuard drain.

The homeowner thought the system made complete sense and wanted to have it installed as soon as possible. The crew was able to get out to the home and begin working on the basement. They started out first by removing the concrete from the floor around the perimeter of the basement as well as a deeper hole for the SuperSump that was to be installed. After the concrete was removed the crew installed the CleanSpace on the walls of the basement in order to catch any water that may get in. They then installed the SuperSump and WaterGuard in the areas that the concrete was removed. All three of these products work very well together in order to keep the water out of the basement and to keep more damage from occurring. 

Moisture in a crawlspace is often the root of many different problems in the area. The biggest problem that a high moisture level can create is the formation of mold. Mold can be dangerous and harmful to a person's health, causing problems with breathing. High moisture levels can also start to soak into floor joists and if left alone long enough, begin to rot them out. There are a number of other ways high moisture levels can affect the crawlspace and home as well. 

Unfortunately for this homeowner, their crawlspace had very high relative humidity levels in their crawlspace that were causing many different problems under the home. There was mold growing on several different areas of the floor joists in the crawlspace. This was one of the more pressing issues, but the high levels were also soaking into the insulation and began to cause it to fall (another clear indication of high moisture content). All of these issues led the homeowner to seek out a professional to help take care of this issue. Through their search, they were able to find our company. We were able to send out one of our System Design Specialists to the home and figure out what exactly was going to be needed. The system that he suggested for the homeowner to have installed included 3-inch drain tile, drainage matting, CleanSpace Liner, a SuperSump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

The next step was for one of our crews to come out to the home and install the system that was suggested by the Specialist. The crew was able to take care of the mold by using Mold-X, which helps to remove mold and prevent it from forming back on the surface. The crew then had to start doing some digging for the drain tile and for the SuperSump, which pumps the water outside and away from the home. The biggest part of the job was putting down the CleanSpace which was where the crew was now. After carefully installing the CleanSpace and ensuring that everything was sealed up, the crew brought in the SaniDry Sedona, which helps to ensure that the moisture levels in the crawlspace remain below the point where mold can grow. 

Issues in crawlspaces that have dirt floors are caused, usually, by bugs and the water vapor that escapes into the space from the soil. This, of course, affects the moisture within the space making it damp and humid—a hunting ground for bugs. It’s a problem, but even if home owners aren’t prepared to cover the entire space with concrete, we still have a solution for you.

This individual decided to give us a call, originally, because they were having foundation issues. However, when our Design Specialist arrived he noticed a few more problems here and there, including how the water was getting into the space. At first, the homeowner was hesitant to move forward with the work, but they eventually gave us another call when these issues really started to bother them.

Our crew came out to the home, and performed an inspection before getting to work. They needed to remove the ineffective, thin plastic the homeowner had put down before using the 20 mils thick CleanSpace liner our company uses to seal spaces. As an added bonus, this liner also has an antimicrobial additive manufactured into the material to prevent the growth of mold. For the walls, we use the CleanSpace 3 inches down from the top of the walls so that termites cannot get to the framing without their mud tunnels being seen. This method allows any excess water to drain straight to the sump, and stops water vapor from coming up from the floor. The installation of the CleanSpace completely transformed the crawlspace.

This Camden, South Carolina homeowner was continuously having trouble with their crawlspace. They’d had a liner installed to cover the floor. That was an amazing first step toward a better crawlspace. Unfortunately, the liner was barely helpful.

Taking a look at the first photos here, it’s plain to see that there are rips and fissures all along the face of the liner. It’s not transparent, but the liner is translucent enough that the dirt floor can be seen beneath it. The transparency isn’t the problem. The problem is the actual thickness of the liner. If a liner is both translucent and picked to pieces, it is no barrier. It is nothing more than a plastic paper bag stretched across a rocky floor for all the good it’s doing.

In parts of the crawlspace, the liner has been layered with another darker, plastic liner. This liner was thicker, that’s true. Regardless, it was still ineffectual.  The liner is dark, but that doesn’t mean its color is keeping out the vapor when there are holes scatter here and there. It wasn’t sealed around the columns and supports in the crawlspace, a method All-Dry of the Carolina uses to insure nothing escapes from the dirt and into the open air of the crawlspace. When All-Dry of the Carolinas took a swing at the crawlspace, we were able to remedy that issue.

We installed our CleanSpace liner in the crawlspace and pulled it up high against the walls. We also wrapped our CleanSpace around the support columns and sealed the ends of the CleanSpace so no vapor escapes. This is the ultimate method to make sure that the home is barred against anything that may want to escape into the rest of the home. If that happens, it may bring with it mold and mildew. Luckily, we seal every inch of the CleanSpace so it is not displaced.

 In the end, it looks much better than it ever did before and the homeowners would definitely agree.

Nothing says “I need help” like a crawlspace with excessive moisture issues. And these issues can spring from anywhere too. Water vapor, of course, is what rises out of the soil to increase the humidity in a crawlspace.  This home saw major humidity issues in the last few years. Part of the reason for that was the different ways water would intrude into the crawlspace. Water would come in through the walls, the vents, and, of course, the floor. The out pouring of water made the humidity rise. It made standing in it completely unbearable. Nothing the homeowners did could lessen the effects of the heightened humidity. It was like fighting tooth and nail without any help. The dark, plastic liner did not help much at all. It was large, but as long as it wasn’t covering every inch of the crawlspace, the water vapor would continue to come into the space. The “barrier” wasn’t doing its job.

Finally, after fighting a losing battle, these owners reached out to All-Dry of the Carolinas. We were able to set up a free estimate and have our Design Specialist come to their home in Greer, South Carolina. He looked around their crawlspace and came to the conclusion that it needed a few things to rectify the moisture issue.

Our crew installed CleanSpace, the beautiful plastic liner on display, a dehumidifier, drain matting, and a SuperSump pump. These products combined helped to eliminate the moisture issue, and give these homeowners a better crawlspace.

Some crawlspaces don’t need a full encapsulation to deliver it from its moisture problems. Take this Fountain Inn, South Carolina crawlspace as an example. The majority of its floor is dirt. The air conditioning ducts are all dripping condensate and releasing moisture into the crawlspace. The vents were also open to the outside. The solution for this crawlspace was a simple one.

First and foremost, all of the vents needed to be sealed. That was the first task. Drainage Matting was placed along the floor. This matting is a polyethylene membrane. It acts as an insulator to make crawling on your hands and knees a lot easier. Over the membrane, our preferred CleanSpace liner is installed. This thick, reinforced liner is pulled tight over the floor and the walls. We wrap every pier in this liner we can avoid compromising its security. Lastly, to remove the moisture from the air, we install a dehumidifier. This product actually sucks in the moisture from the air and releases dried air into the crawlspace.

The smooth installation was all thanks to our great team here at All-Dry of the Carolinas. Daniel Lauer, our Sales Manager, went out and gave the free estimate. As soon as the proposal was approved, the dates were given and our crew went out to complete the flawless install.

Now, it’s a brand new CleanSpace with a brand new look and no more moisture.

The owner called All-Dry of the Carolinas after recently purchasing the home. Before the owners got settled, however, they wanted to fix any and all potential issues with the home. One thing that stood out to our Design Specialist when he visited this Taylors, South Carolina based home was the huge stair step crack down the side. The crack wasn’t necessarily hurting anything yet, but the owners did not want to leave a single stone unturned.

And so, our crew led by Foreman Francisco, set to work. They installed seven PushPiers to push the building back into place. The amount of piers all depend on the severity of the crack. Luckily, this home didn’t need so many. As you can see from the photos, the installation of these photos required deep holes to be built. A process like this one can be really disruptive, so it’s always a good idea to get this problem looked at early before it escalates.

This Greenville, SC crawlspace was needing help. The crawlspace was covered with dirt and mud. Insulation hung from the ceiling and mold covered the walls. Our crew installed a CleanSpace liner, sump pump, and dehumidifier. When encapsulating the crawlspace with CleanSpace, it seals the area to keep moisture from creeping up from the ground and causing damage to your foundation.   A dehumidifier was placed in the crawlspace as a solution to the humidity that is produced from the pipes under your house. A SumpPump is to flush out entering water and excess water from the dehumidifier from the crawlspace. Together with all these tools, the crawlspace is completely protected from moisture.

This basement in Greenville, SC was having water issues. Water would seep down the walls from ground level and puddle on the floors. These home owners did the right thing by calling All-Dry of the Carolinas. Our All-Dry crew was able to tackle this issue with three of our most used products: WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and the SuperSump Pump.

Home Owner was building a new home in Greer, SC and wanting to take preventative measures to protecting his crawlspace. He called us at All-Dry of the Carolinas to install Silver Glo insulation, CleanSpace, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and an Aprilaire Dehumidifier with a condensate pump.

This house in Greenville, SC was sitting on a hill, with the front of the house leaning into the hill. From the front of the house the basement isn’t visible like it is in the back. Since the front part of the home’s foundation was underground, it is more likely to take in ground water. That is the case in this situation; ground water was seeping through the front foundation into the basement causing a real mess. There was clear evidence of water damage when our design specialist Jonathan Geddie showed up to give the home a look. The basement’s wall paint had begun to chip, there was a buildup of sand that would leak in with the water, and water stains were all over the concrete floor and walls.

This issue was quickly becoming a pain to the homeowners so they decided to go with the solution that Jonathan had quoted them.  Jonathan quoted them a combination of waterproofing technology that consisted of WaterGuard, CleanSpace Wall, and a SuperSump Pump.

                This home in Greenville, SC was getting water into their basement. This was becoming a real inconvenience for the homeowners since the basement was used as a storage space. To protect their belongings, the homeowners realized that they would have to waterproof their basement from the inside to stop the water intrusion. They called us here at All-Dry of the Carolinas and we sent out our design specialist Jonathan Geddie, who gave the family a free estimate on how to waterproof their basement.

                Jonathan recommended the best interior drainage system that is offered, WaterGuard, be installed around the edges of the basement. WaterGuard is installed into the basement by having a trench jackhammered around the perimeter of the basement. Weep holes are drilled into the base of the basement walls so that any water that builds up in the blocks will be drained out into the system. The WaterGuard is then placed into the trench; it has a special wall flange that extends up the wall by 3/8” to catch all water that comes down the wall. WaterGuard sits on top of the soil so that there isn’t any chance of clogging like other drainage systems. To help guide any extra water that comes down the wall our crew installed CleanSpace wall which is attached to the wall and tucked behind the wall flange in the drainage system. The WaterGuard is then attached to a SuperSump pump that flushes the water from the basement. Once the entire drainage system is in place, the gaps are filled in with gravel and it is covered with cement to make the system invisible.

                This method of waterproofing works well because once the drainage system in place in the home there is less likely the chance of it being disturbed, unlike exterior waterproofing methods.

This homeowner in Greenville, SC was having problems in their basement and crawlspace that they couldn’t figure out. Water would come through the crawl space and into the basement area under the home. They called us at All-Dry of the Carolinas to help figure out a solution to this problem and we sent out our design specialist, Alex Rogers, to give them a free assessment. When Alex Rogers got to the home he examined both the basement and the crawl space to see how they were affecting one another. The crawl space was taking in large amounts of water that was going under the wall and soaking the basement floor. The basement and crawl space had high levels of condensation which was a result of the groundwater seepage and open vents. Mold had started to collect on the wooden beams of the crawl space which was beginning to spread to the basement. This was becoming an issue because the basement was being used for storage of items that the owners didn’t want to be ruined by the mold and moisture. The high moisture levels had also caused damage in the foundation and walls which had resulted in three cracks in the walls.

 Our All-Dry team has different types of solutions that we can use to fix problems like these. This type of job was going to take a lot of work because both the basement and the crawl space needed to be completely waterproofed. If you weren’t to waterproof the entire area, moisture and water seepage would be bound to happen again. So our All-Dry team, along with the homeowners, created a list of goals for what was to be expected when fixing the home. The ground water seepage and earth moisture needed to be controlled. Controlling these factors would prevent mold, rot, and odors that had begun to form in the crawl space. The homeowners wanted to save energy, gain dry storage, protect the foundation, and to keep the space dry at all times.

Here at All-Dry of the Carolinas we service many areas in SC, NC, and GA. One of our local areas that we service a lot is Greer, SC. Greer is located near the base of the mountains in South Carolina. Being at the base of the mountains usually results in thunderstorms during the summer months. As the hot air from the south rises, it meets the cold air that is coming off of the mountains; this is what causes so many thunderstorms in the SC upstate during the summer. This hot air that reacts with the cold mountain air is also the cause of high moisture levels in the air. Hot and humid air is speckled with moisture particles that are floating around. Since hot air moves to cold, whenever this air finds a cool crawlspace to move into, it takes its chance. When the amount of moisture moves into the crawl space it can cause foundation damage, mold, odors, increased heating and cooling bills, and pest.

             In this Greer crawl space, there was a lot of moisture and water. As stated above, this can lead to negative effects on the home. When the homeowner realized how bad the situation was he called us at All-Dry of the Carolinas to help fix his problem.

This is yet another home in Greenville, SC that had a basement with water seeping into it. This is another prime example of hydrostatic pressure forcing water through the walls of basements. Once Alex got to the home he saw that water had been leaking down the walls of the basement. This basement needed a combination of WaterGuard, CleanSpace wall and a SuperSump pump to take care of their problem.
